Service Description

The CDJ-2000NXS2 inherits all the best features from its predecessor – the CDJ-2000NXS – and takes a giant leap forward. We’ve added a larger, multicolour touch screen with a Qwerty keyboard and search filters to help you select tracks faster. 2 banks of 4 Hot Cues give you more creative freedom, while a 96 kHz/24-bit sound card and support for FLAC/Apple Lossless Audio (ALAC) means you can play with higher resolution formats. Booking Policy

By making a booking, you (hirer) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions: Hirers must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid photo I.D. like a Victorian Driver's Licence or passport. A bank statement or utility bill with matching address and name details to the provided photo I.D. is also required. A valid credit/debit card is mandatory for security. The details should match those on the provided photo I.D. and utility bill. Booking Process: A $50 deposit is required for confirmation via PayID: PayID Number: 0401423653 Email: tomas@genesisaudio.com.au Cancellation Policy: The $50 deposit is non-refundable. Administrative charges of $50 will be deducted for cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking confirmation or after the paperwork is sent via email, regardless of signature. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of pick-up or delivery. Payment in full is required before the scheduled pick-up or delivery. We accept Cash and Bank Transfers. Ensure payment is settled before the event to avoid equipment release issues. Equipment Return: Equipment is rented for 24 hours, e.g., picked up at 10 am should be returned by 10 am the next day. We might request an earlier return. Flexibility to return on Mondays sometimes offered, upon request. For delays, contact 0401423653 or tomas@genesisaudio.com.au. Hirers can pick up or have the equipment delivered. Once in possession or delivered, any damage, theft, or loss is the client's responsibility. Legal actions will be taken if any of these situations are not addressed by the hirer. Hirers must use the equipment safely, adhering to the manufacturer’s guidelines. We can provide a user guide upon request. All rented equipment must be returned in its original condition. Repairs or replacements will be charged separately. We decide on the repair service. Report any equipment damage immediately by calling 0401423653 or emailing tomas@genesisaudio.com.au. Cleaning fee, if required, can be paid in Cash or via Bank Transfer upon equipment return.
